Jennifer is a Partner in our Liverpool corporate team. She is a highly experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in all aspects of corporate work including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, capital structures, complex corporate reorganisations, shareholders arrangements and joint ventures.

Her clients range from individual founders and shareholders of owner managed businesses to SMEs and large multinational companies (including global corporations listed on international stock exchanges) and their general counsel / management teams. Jennifer also advises on investments and has acted on all sides of a transaction, supporting clients to deliver their strategic objectives and for whom she has provided a long-term advisory role.

Having spent four years of her career at a large international law firm based in Dubai, Jennifer has a wealth of experience of cross border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Jennifer has experience working on transactions in a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, beauty and cosmetics, healthcare, energy, real estate, digital and technology.
