The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2023 has now been published, with the regular annual increase in tribunal limits. The key increases are:

The new limits will take effect from 6th April 2023 and will apply to dismissals taking place on or after that. Therefore, if the effective date of termination is after 6th April 2023, the new rate will be applied.

The annual increase in tribunal limits is based on the Retail Prices Index (RPI) inflation rate from September of the previous year.
