Daniel Franklin is the lead for Mergers, Acquisitions and Investments at handl Group, a portfolio management company based in Chorley. They have 14 brands across the healthcare, insurance and legal sectors.

Daniel appointed CG Professional as buy-side legal advisors on two M&A transactions in the final quarter of 2020. In the first transaction, CG Professional worked with a limited brief to deliver a timely result which all stakeholders greatly appreciated.

On the second acquisition stakeholders had agreed to try and complete the transaction within the three weeks leading up to Christmas. handl trusted that CG’s proactive and pragmatic approach would help all parties to achieve a timely outcome that would please both themselves and the vendors.
