Having qualified as a solicitor in 2004 Paul is an experienced commercial litigator. Paul has experience of advising clients in the County Court, the High Court (including the Technology & Construction Court) and the Court of Appeal in a range of disputes including:

• Director and shareholder disputes;

• Claims arising out of Share Sale Agreements;

• Disputes between business partners;

• Construction disputes;

• Injunctions;

• Property disputes; and

• Intellectual Property disputes.

Paul appreciates that litigation in the Courts can be an expensive and time consuming exercise, so he takes a practical and commercial approach to resolving disputes.  Paul has successfully settled countless disputes without the need for Court proceedings by using alternative forms of dispute resolution including mediation, settlement meetings and settlement negotiations.  Sometimes, however, Court proceedings are unavoidable and in those circumstances Paul will provide robust advice and representation every step of the way.
