Background

Rory initially joined CG in October 2021 as a paralegal in the Corporate/Commercial team, successfully completing his training contract by rotating through each department before qualifying as a Solicitor.

Before joining CG, Rory gained valuable experience in defendant litigation at Horwich Farrelly, where he managed his own caseload. He also worked in-house for a FTSE 100 client in the debt recovery department at DWF Law LLP, providing him with a unique understanding of large corporate structures and operational efficiency.

Beyond the Law

Beyond his main role, Rory plays a key part in the firm's Charity Committee, coordinating charity events and fundraising activities for the firm's supported causes. He often attends Sales Sharks matches and live music shows throughout Manchester, with Albert Hall being his favourite venue.
