Adam joined CG as a Managing Associate in our Real Estate team in December 2024. Prior to that, he was a Legal Director in the Real Estate team at DAC Beachcroft having spent 12 years working out of their Manchester office.

Adam is experienced in all areas of commercial property but is primarily focused on property finance and investment work. In particular, Adam has extensive experience in:

1. Secured lending work (both development and investment); and

2. Advising on all aspects of multi-let assets within the industrial, office and retail sectors (including acquisitions, disposals and day to day asset management).

Over the years Adam has acted on behalf of a range of clients including major investment funds, clearing banks, challenger banks, developers and occupiers.

Away from the office, Adam can usually be found watching Man United, playing golf or catching up with friends and family.
