Alex graduated from the University of Leeds in 2017, having studied Law. She then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Leeds, with a Masters in Law, Business and Management. During her time at university, Alex was involved with a range of pro-bono activities and was an active member of Leeds Law Society.

Before joining CG, Alex worked as a paralegal within the Real Estate team at DLA Piper. Alex joined CG to begin her training contract in October 2020 and after completing her training contract, Alex qualified into the Employment Team.  Since then Alex has gathered an impressive client following of HR professionals, Finance Directors, CFOs, MDs and Senior Managers have her on speed dial.

Following her qualification in June 2022, Alex has advised on complex employment data protection issues (often connected with the employment disputes) and has considerable experience of high value Employment Tribunal and related High Court breach of contract litigation.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys paddleboarding, skiing and travelling. She also enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
