Get to know the CG team
I am an experienced employment solicitor, qualified since 2014, with over 18 years of dedicated practice in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients across the private and public sectors and have held several in-house roles, providing me with a well-rounded perspective on employment law.
I have advised clients in a variety of sectors, including education, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and SMEs. My experience spans leading large-scale redundancy projects, handling director/shareholder disputes and injunctions, managing complex disciplinary issues, and overseeing senior exits.
In addition to supporting day-to-day HR functions, I am a confident advocate in both the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. I also place great value on leadership and collaboration, striving to achieve optimal outcomes while helping to develop my colleagues.
Having encountered many of the challenges faced by HR professionals and managers firsthand, I offer practical, commercial advice that always prioritises the client's best interests.
