Benjamin is a highly skilled technical lawyer, one of the firm’s Managing Partners and a member of its Board of Directors with his primary focus heading up our Corporate Services Division including Commercial, Corporate, Restructuring and Finance.

He advises private companies, investors, owner-managed businesses and management teams on acquisitions and disposals, restructuring and re-organisations, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, investments and private equity.

Benjamin qualified with a successful regional firm in the North West before moving on to join national firm Shoosmiths in May 2014, where he played a pivotal role in growing the Manchester corporate offering.
