Clare is a real estate lawyer with over 20 years experience in all areas of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, residential development and non-contentious landlord & tenant work. Clare’s main focus is property finance and investment with a specialism in residential development finance.

Clare acts for numerous banks, senior and mezzanine lenders, specialist property lending funds in respect of secured lending transactions and borrowers on new facilities and refinances. She also acts for corporate investors, occupiers and landlords and tenants on both retail and office portfolios.
