Dayna has supported a wide range of businesses over the years, developing and driving growth strategies and working with management teams to execute on them.

She has advised on a number of special situations including debt and equity fundraisings, M&A and integrations - typically reporting to the board, working as part of the leadership team. 

Most recently, Dayna has held a number of senior in-house strategy roles including with AO World PLC (AO.com), Love Business (LDC investment), and a board role at Sheffield-based environmental consultancy Cura Terrae (Palatine investment) until early 2026.

Importantly, she understands what makes a business 'tick', how to put the foundations in place for growth and to take teams on the journey.    

In her early career Dayna worked across Manchester, Leeds and London in a range of advisory and investment roles, including Rothschild & Co, RBS and Primary Capital.  Here she worked with owner-managed businesses, private equity backed and listed companies, in a wide range of industries from retail and hospitality, manufacturing, technology and business services, as well as a number of charity and education projects.
