Ela is a Corporate Paralegal at CG, with over four years of experience in corporate and commercial law across both in-house legal team and private practice. She holds an Master's degree in Business Management and an LLB in Law with Business Management from the University of Hull.

Previously, Ela worked as a Corporate Paralegal at Leonard Curtis Legal. 

She also held the role of Legal Administrative & Company Secretarial Assistant at NCC Group Plc, where she gained exposure to international legal operations across the UK, EU, APAC, and the Middle East. 

Her work involved reviewing commercial contracts for the escrow department, supporting corporate governance with the Company Secretary, and assisting with legal entity management, while collaborating closely with senior legal professionals and executives across the business.

Fluent in three languages - English, French, and Romanian, Ela enjoys learning about different cultures and exploring diverse cuisines.
