Holly qualified as a solicitor in July 2026, having completed an undergraduate degree in Law and Criminology at the University of Liverpool before achieving a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course with a Master's in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, Manchester.

Alongside her studies, Holly gained valuable experience working in legal practice before joining CG in November 2023 as a Paralegal in the Employment team. She subsequently completed her training contract with the firm, completing seats in Employment, Litigation and Corporate before qualifying into the Employment team.

Holly advises on a broad range of employment law matters, including day-to-day employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievance and capability matters. She also draftsemployment contracts, policies and procedures, and settlement agreements, providing practical, commercially focused advice tailored to business needs.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys attending live music events with friends, playing netball and making the most of any opportunity to go skiing.
