Isobel joined CG as an Employment Associate in May 2026. Prior to joining CG, Isobel worked at DWF Law LLP where she completed her Training Contract and qualified into the Employment Team in 2019.

Isobel is an experienced Employment Associate and has a wide range of experience advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including:

• complex disciplinaries, grievances and performance management processes and redundancy.

• Providing day-to-day advice on employee relations issues.

• Supporting the wider firm by providing assistance to the Corporate team on mergers and acquisitions, by assisting with employment due diligence, drafting and negotiating new service agreements and providing advice in relation to the application of TUPE.

• Managing complex employment tribunal litigation involving a wide range of claims from unfair dismissal to discrimination and whistleblowing;

• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts, handbooks and policies.

• Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.

Isobel graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2016 with a First Class degree in Law and then went on to complete her Legal Practice Law at BPP University where she received a Distinction.

Outside of work Isobel enjoys playing netball, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
