Lily studied both her undergraduate Law degree and the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University, graduating from her Legal Practice Course in 2020. She went on to gain valuable experience as a paralegal at both regional and national firms before completing her training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in March 2025.

Lily joined CG’s Real Estate team shortly thereafter and advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and property finance transactions.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, and staying active in the occasional spin class.
