Nadia joined CG as a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team in December 2025. Having started her career with well-established Manchester firm Kuits in 2015, she joined us from theTransactional Real Estate team at international firm Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester where she had been, as Associate and then Managing Associate, since December 2021.

Nadia has significant experience in all areas of commercial property and in recent years has focused on development transactions in the Energy, Transport and Living Sectors, alongside acting in investment matters with a particular focus on Agricultural and Natural Capital.

Throughout her career, Nadia has acted for major investment funds, institutional occupiers, national housebuilders and infrastructure providers as well as private individuals and family investment offices.

Outside of work Nadia has a Pyrenean Sheepdog (Long Haired) and husband (short haired) who keep her on her toes, and she enjoys getting out and about with both of them, family and friends to sample all of the excellent food and drink the North West has to offer.
