Biography

Get to know the CG team

Natalie joined CG in October 2024 and has over 10 years experience working with clients on a variety of commercial contracts, most recently working at EY. She uses her knowledge to support clients on a variety of issues, ensuring she understands their business and acting as an extension of the client’s in-house teams. Natalie has worked with FTSE 100 clients across sectors such as financial services, pharma, agriscience and international consumer goods providers.


Natalie has advised on a variety of commercial contracts including:

  • Master Service Agreements, schedules and work orders on a global basis;

  • Professional Services, Marketing and other consultancy type contracts;

  • R&D type agreements, including IP issues;

  • IT and SaaS Agreements;

  • Distribution Agreements;

  • Equipment and hardware supply contracts;

This includes all stages of the contracting process from initial drafting or contract review, risk advice, negotiation or advice on specific issues such as liability, data protection, or IP.


Natalie also has considerable expertise in supporting clients on a legal managed services basis, specifically;

  • Design, set up and implementation of new legal managed services, including any technology considerations and data reporting;

  • Playbook design and training for clients and their internal teams;

  • Process design and mapping for the end to end commercial contracts process;

  • Structuring internal legal operations for commercial contracts;

  • Template review and standardisation
