Stevi joined CG in January 2026. Prior to this, she worked in the Employment Teams at DAC Beachcroft and Glaisyers ETL.

Stevi has specialised in employment law since qualifying in 2019 and regularly handles a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including dealing with complex litigation involving discrimination and whistleblowing. She also advises on disciplinary and grievance handling, TUPE, reorganisations and restructuring, executive terminations, restrictive covenant enforcement and day-to-day employee relations issues. In addition to her legal practice, Stevi regularly provides training to clients on key employment law developments and best practices for managing internal issues such as performance management, capability concerns and effective grievance and disciplinary procedures.

Outside of work, Stevi enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
