Thomas graduated with a Law degree from the University of East Anglia in 2023 and is currently undertaking the Level 7 Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship. He joined CG’s Employment team in May 2025 before moving to the Commercial team in January 2026 as part of his training.

Before CG, Thomas spent two years working in criminal defence, where he advised clients at the police station and prepared trials across a wide range of matters, including complex cases. This experience developed his strong client communication skills, resilience, and ability to work well under pressure, all of which now inform his approach to commercial work.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys reading history, following football and cricket, and keeping active.
