Victoria joined CG as a Senior Associate in October 2024.

She is an experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in all aspects of corporate work including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganisations, shareholders arrangements, investments and private equity.

Victoria completed her training contract with Ward Hadaway and qualified as a Solicitor specialising in corporate law in 2017. Following qualification, Victoria worked for 7 years at top 100 UK law firm, Gateley Plc, as part of a Legal 500 Tier 1 team advising both buyers and sellers, including small (owner-managed) and mid-sized businesses, as well as Plcs and private equity funds.

Victoria provides commercially sound, client focused advice and has experience of working in a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, energy, real estate, digital and technology.
